Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We work by appointment so that every client gets our full attention. If we happen to have a free chair we will gladly take you in, but booking ahead — online or by phone — guarantees your spot.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekday appointments, 2–3 days ahead is usually enough. For weekends, color transformations or bridal services, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.
Do you offer services for men?
Absolutely. Haircuts and styling, manicures, facials tailored to men’s skin, and brow grooming are all popular with our male clients. Everyone gets the same personalized approach.
What products do you use?
Only professional salon-grade lines for color, skincare and nails. During your consultation we will tell you exactly which products we recommend for you and why — and flag any sensitivities first.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change — we get it. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. You can reschedule by phone or by replying to your confirmation message.
Do you do bridal and event packages?
Yes — hair, makeup, nails, lashes and skin prep can be combined into a single package, with a trial session beforehand. Contact us with your date and we will build a plan around it.
